Pangur is a Pooka!
What is a pooka, you may ask? Pooka's are little creatures from Irish folklore that are said to be shape-shifting spirits that are often devious tricksters at best and well...worse! They are said to be able to take human form as well, but always have revealing animal parts showing that indicate their true nature- if only you look close enough.
Character Details!
Pangur takes the appearance of a cat who always has it's eyes closed in contentment, even while walking. They seem to not need eyes to know where they are walking or what is going on in their surroundings.
Genderless!
Their tail remains looking the same no matter what form they are in whether it be animal, critter, or human-like.
Their necklace is always on, but doesn't cause any negativity from being off. Pangur just has a fondness for the object.
Eyes only RARELY open if they are deeply intrigued or severely agitated.
